How to Use
Dispense the product along the length of two fingers. Activate the oil-in-water formulation by massaging the product between your hands and manipulating it into a water-in-oil formulation. Lightly pat the Velo onto your face, neck and décolletage. To be used on its own or applied over your preferred cream/oil daily in the morning.
