Delivery Options


FREE Next Working Day Delivery when you spend over £100

(Order before 1pm)

We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. All shipping costs are inclusive of VAT.


  • NEXT WORKING DAY UK DELIVERY (excluding NI, Channel Islands and Scotland*) : £8.00

Receive your order the next working Day if you order is placed before 1pm. (Monday - Friday)

  • SATURDAY UK DELIVERY (excluding NI, Channel Islands and Scotland*): £18.00

Order before 1pm this Friday, and receive your order this Saturday.

*(For NI, Channel Islands & Scotland - due to the courier service in place, we cannot guarantee next day delivery to these areas, however we expect you will receive your delivery within 2-3 working days) 

Delivery Terms

Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, National and Bank Holidays.

A signature is required on delivery of all parcels for security reasons. If you know you won't be at home during normal office hours, please provide an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. As all of our parcels require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, there may be some delays in the delivery of your order.

Please note that if you are unable to take delivery and the parcel is returned to us then you will need to pay an additional delivery fee to have the parcel sent out again.




We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a credit as long as you return the product to us within 14 days, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an credit if items are non-saleable. Cost of original postage and return postage is non-refundable.


Return products by Mail Recorded Delivery
Up to 14 days

Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process. For refunds, we will reimburse you using your original payment method.

Before processing to your return, send us a notice of cancellation by email to with the following information. We will then let you know the return address.

  • The invoice as an attachment and the order number
  • The products which are being exchanged/returned
  • The reason why the products aren’t suitable
  • Your contact details (phone number, email and postal addresses)
  • Whether you require an exchange or refund
  • Please include a copy of this email with your returned parcel.
  • Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return.

Please ensure your parcel is sent using Recorded Delivery and that your items are securely wrapped. We strongly recommend Royal Mail for your returns and that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received in our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.


Once we have processed your return our Returns Department will contact you by telephone or email. Refunds for valid claims will be made by Embassy of Beauty as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods. Further time may be required dependent on your bank or payment methods process time for it to appear back on your original payment method.

Delivery charges are not refunded, and postage or other return costs will also be your responsibility.
