With more than a decade of experience in the luxury skincare industry, Natalie has a proven ability to identify emerging brands and play an instrumental role in their success. In 2013, she acquired the UK rights to distribute the now famous French brand Biologique Recherche and successfully introduced it into Liberty London, the first department store in the world to carry the brand.

Natalie worked alongside both partners to ensure that Biologique Recherche’s prescriptive nature translated effectively to a counter sales environment. This welcome challenge resulted in Biologique Recherche quickly becoming one of Liberty’s top-selling beauty brands and established a blueprint for the rest of its department store launches around the globe. She uses her expert knowledge and discerning eye to curate the most innovative brands available and share them with the Embassy of Beauty community.
