Delivery

We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return the product to us within 14 working days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Cost of original postage and return postage is non-refundable.

 

Return products by Mail Recorded Delivery
Up to 14 working days

Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process. For refunds, we will reimburse you using your original payment method.

Before processing to your return, send us a notice of cancellation by email to concierge@embassyofbeauty.co.uk with the following information:

  • The invoice as an attachment and the order number
  • The products which are being exchanged/returned
  • The reason why the products aren’t suitable
  • Your contact details (phone number, email and postal addresses)
  • Whether you require an exchange or refund
  • Please include a copy of this email with your returned parcel.
  • Please always include a convenient telephone number and your emails address in case we need to contact you regarding your return.

Please ensure your parcel is sent using Recorded Delivery. We strongly recommend Royal Mail for your returns and that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received in our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Once we have processed your return our Returns Department will contact you by telephone or email. Refunds for valid claims will be made by Embassy of Beauty as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods. Further time may be required dependant on your bank or payment methods process time for it to appear back on your original payment method.

Delivery charges are not refunded, and postage or other return costs will also be your responsibility.

 

If, after sending your parcel back you have not been contacted by us, please kindly contact us on +44 (0) 20 3358 9998 Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm or email concierge@embassyofbeauty.co.uk, in order for us to further investigate.
