Use weekly in the morning or in the evening.
The shower is the perfect place to apply Spirulite. Massage by performing wide circular upwards movements in the stomach, buttocks and thigh area to break down cellulite. Follow with ascending linear movements on the rest of the body. Focus on areas like the knees and elbows to remove dry skin, performing small circular movements.
Rinse off with warm water and finish with a shot of cold water to tone and energise the skin.
