EFFICACY TEST:
Ex-vivo study carried out on scalp explants, with one daily application of the Cegaba + Bioproline
Complex for 8 days.

We decided to conduct a test on the observation of Collagen IV and Laminin-5 as they make up all basal
laminae; increasing their expression therefore results in enhancing hair fixing.

The study demonstrated
that the Cegaba Bioproline Complex product induces an increase in the expression of collagen IV in
the bulb and dermal papilla, and of laminin-5 in the dermal papilla of the hair follicle, thereby reinforcing
the adhesion of the hair follicle to the extracellular matrix.
