Since preparation is key with most things in life, it makes sense that this philosophy should be applied to our skincare too! This product is the first in the Biologique Recherche Solar Care System especially formulated for the face.
If you are looking to prep that summer skin to get a glowing facial tan, then here's how! Let me introduce you to:
Prepare to be bronzed! This is the ultimate product to get that facial tan you have been after! Préparation U.V. is packed with melanin-activating tripeptide which stimulates natural tanning without having to suffer the harmful effects of solar radiation. It also prepares the skin for sun exposure, prevents the appearance of dark spots and even slows down skin ageing. Plus, it protects against free radicals!
How To Use: Préparation U.V should be used for at least four weeks before the first prolonged sun exposure. Apply morning and night to your face, neck and décolleté after light exfoliation with the Lotion P50 that is best suited to your skin.
We're constantly reminded to wear SPF, but why is sunscreen so important? This is because sunscreen protects us from the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays. Sunscreen creates a shield to prevent these harmful rays from reaching the skin and keeps it safe from the negative effects of UV radiation. Luckily, we have two fantastic SPF’s for you to choose from to help with this! Our first SPF is the wonderful:
This fabulous SPF 25 sunscreen for your face is the second treatment in the Biologique Recherche Solar Care System and will protect your skin from harmful rays including infrared, UVA, UVB and is even water-resistant! This is not just any normal sunscreen, this is an incredibly intelligent product that is anti ageing and anti pigmentation so you can kiss goodbye to any sunspots! Not only does this fight the ageing process it also helps to reduce the appearance of existing dark spots and protect against further photo-ageing. Protection U.V. SPF 25 will leave your skin soothed, hydrated and will limit skin drying. So, whether you're out on your daily walk or sitting in your garden, your skin will be protected no matter what.
How To Use: Generously apply Protection U.V. SPF 25 to the entire face, neck and décolleté before sun exposure. If you do not apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be considerably reduced. Apply once every two hours for complete protection, especially after sweating, swimming, towel drying or after a long sun exposure.
It is quite hard to find the right balance of a higher protection sunscreen for the face that will leave it soft and nourished as well as protected. Well, luckily, there is now a SPF 50 sunscreen for the face available that does exactly that! You will now be able to step into the sunshine with even more protection! Let me introduce you to our second SPF:
New to the range, this skincare favourite is now available in factor 50! Containing all of the same properties as our SPF 25, such as infrared, UVA and UVB protection, this sunscreen for the face is much thicker in texture, so you only need a small amount. Protection U.V. SPF 50 is specially formulated for a more mature skin that actually helps to soften the skin over time. Perfect for a dry skin tendency, your skin will feel soft, nourished and protected with this intelligent sunscreen. Your skin will be left soothed, hydrated and will limit further drying. Remember, a little goes a long way!

Secondly, a good after-sun will replace lost moisture from the skin's surface, hydrating and feeding it, and will also prolong your tan! Well, this after-sun product is not just any ordinary product, this will repair your skin all whilst leaving you a bronzed goddess! Let me introduce you to the fabulous:
Prolong that tan! This treatment is the third step in the Biologique Recherche solar care system and delivers a burst of hydration to the skin. Réparation U.V. repairs and soothes the skin after sun exposure, whilst hydrating and preventing it from peeling. It also works to fight signs of ageing triggered by the sun and combats free radicals.
How To Use: To get the best results, Réparation U.V. should be applied to the whole face, neck and chest straight after sun exposure. You then just need to massage it gently until the product is absorbed, whilst avoiding contact with eyes. Then sit back and watch that beautiful skin prevail!
