The Embassy of Beauty is proud to announce the launch of a stunning Home Fragrance collection from France’s most luxurious and historical home fragrance creators, Maison Trudon.
Founded in 1643, Trudon set a precedent for the world of Luxury Fragrance. Being the one and only manufacturer to obtain the title of Royal Wax Manufacture in 1719, Trudon has come second to none in its elaborate history and crafting. Founded by Claude Trudon in a small spice and candle store on rue Saint Honore in Paris, they began their growth manufacturing perfectly white beeswax candles, which even supplied the imperial court of France.
The Trudon family successors, the Carriere brothers, obtained a gold medal for the innovation that their candles brought. Thus became the Trudon Candles that we know today.
Every aspect of it instills a sense of wellbeing, with its high quality wax all the way to the details on the emblem; Trudon never ceases to provide the perfect touch of luxury throughout your home.
What Makes Them Special To Us?
The wax formulation of Trudon Candles are special in their own way, holding years of specific developments which are the reason behind the strength and burning qualities.
Their ornamental presence comes from each glass, which is unique and handcrafted in Tuscany. Alongside their emblem, which was inspired by the bas-relief found at the Royal Wax Manufacture that belonged to the Trudon Family. Keeping their true heritage and ethics, paying tribute with a symbol of the beehive that contributed to the Trudon Candle quality for centuries, alongside their manufacture motto “Deo Regique Laborant” – the bees work for God and the King.
Their ode to their heritage brings these candles full circle into its foundation, its ethos and its true craftsmanship. Maison Trudon has joined forced with the Orne Dark Bee Consevatory. In 2018 the company made full financial commitment to the nature park in a measure to preserve the region’s biodiversity. And now protects the European Dark Bee, and endemic species and essential link to biodiversity but also endangered due to agriculture and industrial beekeeping. Keeping in line with their Motto “Deo Regique Laborant”.

A fragrance conceived as homage to the Queen Marie Antoinette’s favourite flower – The Rose, a favourite throughout her whole life. Starting with soft and decadent base notes of Musk, Sandalwood and Vanilla, meticulously played with bright and fruity head notes of Pink Berry, Blackcurrant and Mandarin. While its core heart notes of White Flowers, Geranium and Rose, provides an elegant, floral, feminine energy.
