Unlike high molecular weight forms that primarily hydrate the skin’s surface, LMW-HA has the ability to penetrate deeper into the epidermis, where it attracts and binds water to maintain optimal moisture levels from within. This deep hydration helps improve skin elasticity, firmness and smoothness, while reducing the appearance of fine lines.
