How to apply
To soothe red and inflamed skin:
Chill the Cryo-Sticks in the refrigerator before use. Gently place onto areas of redness, heat or inflammation, allowing the cooling effect to calm the skin. Follow with slow, gentle outward gliding movements, using minimal pressure and avoiding excessive massage.
The Cryo-Sticks can be used over an appropriate soothing serum or mask, allowing them to glide effortlessly across the skin while enhancing the calming benefits of your treatment.
Continue until the skin feels cool and comfortable. Ideal for calming visible redness and sensitivity or soothing the complexion following exposure to heat.
To depuff and encourage lymphatic drainage:
Chill the Cryo-Sticks in the refrigerator before use. Begin at the centre of the face and use slow, light outward strokes to encourage the movement of excess fluid. Glide from the chin along the jaw towards the ears, from the sides of the nose across the cheeks and very gently from the inner eye area towards the temples.
Finish by sweeping from behind the ears down the sides of the neck towards the collarbones. Repeat each movement several times, maintaining light pressure throughout.
For enhanced results, use the Cryo-Sticks over an appropriate serum or mask, providing slip for the massage while combining the benefits of the formula with the cooling, decongesting action of the Cryo-Sticks.
To tighten & lift:
Chill the Cryo-Sticks in the refrigerator before use. Using firm, controlled upward and outward movements, glide from the chin along the jawline towards the ears, from the corners of the mouth towards the cheekbones and from the brows upwards towards the hairline.
On the neck, work upwards towards the jawline. Repeat each movement several times, following the natural contours of the face to create an immediate tightening effect and leave the complexion feeling firmer and more sculpted.
The Cryo-Sticks can also be used over an appropriate firming serum or mask, allowing the sticks to glide smoothly while maximising the lifting, tightening and sculpting benefits of the treatment.
